Office of the Rector
The Rector (PROFESSOR THOMAS KWADWO DJANG-FORDJOUR) is the Chief Executive Officer of the Polytechnic. He is responsible for providing the strategic direction of the Polytechnic and for driving the growth & development of the Polytechnic as defined by Council.
Office of the Vice Rector
The Vice Rector (MR KWADWO ADINKRA APPIAH) acts in the absence of the rector and supervise the functions and activities of the Industrial Liason Unit and coordinates the activities of Deans.
Office of the Registrar
The Polytechnic Registrar, Mr S.A Obour, is assisted by Assistant Registrars,

• Human Resource – Mr Job Kwame Manu
• General Administration – Mr Frank Owusu
• Examinations- Mr Peter Kosine
• Admissions - Mr. Stephen Yeboah
Public Relations -Mr Emmanuel Kwame Amponsah
One (1) Principal Administrative Assistant, four (4) Senior Administrative Assistants, two (2) Administrative Assistants and sixteen (16) others of various grades, handles the Office of the Polytechnic Registrar.
The Office deals with the flow of information within the Polytechnic and with the outside world and also sees to the day-to-day administration of the Polytechnic.
Mr.Prince N.B Menzo heads the Finance Office, which handles the finances of the Polytechnic. The Finance Office ensures that proper Books of Accounts are always kept and annual Financial Statements and Reports are prepared. Assisting the Finance Officer are eight (8) other staff.
Under the Finance Office are two subsections: The procurement office under a Procurement Officer: Mr Adu Anning and a Storekeeper: Mr Daniel Buah K. who takes charge of the Polytechnic stores.
