RESEARCH INTEREST

My research interest is in training and development of employees. Specifically linking employee training and development to strategic goals of organizations and how organizations can conduct effective training for their employees where the knowledge acquired from the training can be transferred to the work they are doing. Another area of my research interest is motivation of employees specifically, sales people and customer service. With the focus been on, how to close the gap between ability and willingness to perform. I also have a profound interest in selling and sales management. I am equally interested in change management in organizations and the effects of employee involvement in the change management process.
