I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and a Masters of Business Administration in Human Resource Management all from the University of Ghana. I have been a lecturer at the Marketing Department of Sunyani Technical University since May, 2015. I have experience both in industry and academia. Prior to joining academia, I did a little bit of consulting work with Baezie consultancy in Accra. After which I lectured at Islamic University collage, Ghana in the Human Resource Department. I also served as facilitator (human resource management) for the Institute of Local Government studies career development programs for local government service. The courses I teach include, research methods, selling and sales management, leadership and organizational behaviour, business organizations and office management.
